Body weight meltdown - A 4 week program made for individuals who are at a beginner level and don’t have access to a gym. They won’t need any equipment. Instructional videos will be included for all exercises.
Senior citizen wellness - A 4 week program made for older individuals who want to gain or maintain strength as the age. The program includes chair exercises, as well as resistance band and light dumbbell exercises.
